To register your organization, start by rolling your mouse over left hand menu "Volunteer Comox Valley". A menu should pop out that lists "Volunteer Directory". Click on this to proceed to the Volunteer Directory. If you cannot see the menu please contact our admin for assistance: siteadmin at valleylinks dot net.

After arriving to the Volunteer Directory, click on "Register" on the left hand menu.

You will have the option to choose from either "Volunteer" or "Organization". Please selection Organization to proceed to the next page.

The next page has a form which you are required to fill out to register your organization. "First Name" is simply the first name of the contact person of the organization. "Last Name" is the last name of the contact person. Your contact person should be someone who is available regularily and we can contact them regarding your membership or other issues. "Login" is your username; PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THIS; WRITE IT DOWN.  "Password" is a secret code required each time you log in, please do not forget this as well. "Confirm Password" simply requires you to type your password in again. Type in a valid "Email" and then click "Register Organization Account". This will send a request for a membership and you will be contacted shortly via email to confirm login, password, confirmation of membership at which time you will receive additional membership information ie. Police Record Check process.
